Swim

Swimming training is held at Wildern Leisure Centre on Thursday evenings, and Friday and Sunday mornings. These sessions are run by HERC Triathlon, and shared with Wildern Waves Swim club. Sessions are for all abilities.
Bike

Twice monthly cycling sessions, usually the second and fourth weekend of the month.
Group rides typically run April – October.
Sessions are available for people of all abilities.
Run

HERC Triathlon focuses on directly supporting multi-sport activities that running clubs tend not to cover. We fully endorse and recommend Hedge End Running Club, however welcome members from other clubs too.
